2014 North Star Conditioning Camp reminders....

Please note if you are sending your child with someone else or they are coming on their own without a parent, you must download the registration form from our website and ensure the parent signature area is completed. This is for insurance purposes. Incomplete forms without a parent/guardian signature will result in the child NOT being able to go on the ice. Also, all attendees MUST be registered through their home association PRIOR to registering for these camps. Cash or current dated cheques will be accepted as payment for camps.
