Skating Program will work on stride length, skating technique, quickness, agility, stops, and edges.

Puck skills development program will work on puck handling technique, fakes, deeks, agility, passing and shooting.

Skating Programs are open to ringette and hockey players.
 

Puck programs opened to boys and girls of all levels.

Maximum of 24 skaters for each session.

Cost for the 8 sessions is $175.00, taxes included.

If a player is doing more than one program, cost will be $325.00 taxes included.

Sessions will be lead and delivered by John Murphy (former Pro, over 20 years experience in coaching/teaching hockey skill development). Additional instructors include Jamie MacIntyre (former Qmjhl, junior A player), Andrew MacEwen (skating and goalie coach), and James Stanford (former pro).
