REFEREE IN CHIEF POSITION AVAILABLE IMMIDIATELY

They should be organized with a good level of detail, as a big part of the role is scheduling from here on out.  Ideally the person would have refer at some point in their life or be able to go on the ice to provide guidance to younger refs.
