Mid Isle Wildcats Midget Training and Information Sessions 

This is for any midget aged female hockey players interested in improving their fitness and their hockey skills.

There are two training and information sessions scheduled:

· Saturday, July 8 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am @ Kensington Community Gardens

· Saturday, July 15 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am @ Kensington Community Gardens

Each session will consist of a warmup, fitness, off ice skills training, and a cool down.

There will be a short meeting after the first session to distribute an off season training guide.

After the second session, we will meet to answer any questions the players may have about the off season training guide.

Players dress in sneakers and workout clothing. Also, take a stick, helmet, and gloves, water and a snack. There is no charge for the sessions.

All midget aged female players are welcome.
