U13 first year (Body Contact Clinic #1) is an introduction

U13 second year (Checking Clinic#2) is more in-depth giving and receiving hits.

U15 first year (Checking Clinic#3) is considered the refresher or clinic 3 for this group which we offer but it’s with the same clinic as #2.

Body Contact Clinic we be held Wednesday September 21 at 5:10 - APM

Checking Clinic we be held Saturday September 24 at 7:40 - Cody Banks Arena

Body Contact/Checking Clinics are mandatory only goalies who don't play out as a player are excempt.

Body Contact Clinic - this clinic is for 1st year U13 players who have never taken the checking clinic OR for 2nd year U13 players who have not taken the Body Contact #1 clinic.

Checking Clinc - This clinic is for 1st year U15 players who have taken checking clinic #2 OR for 2nd year U15 players who have not taken Checking skills #2 clinic OR U13 2nd years who have taken Checking Skills #1.
