Failure to have a representative (coach or manager) at this meeting or provide advance notice to Hockey PEI that you cannot attend will be considered that your association is not offering a team for that particular level of play.
This meeting is important to share information regarding rules and regulations, schedules, and provincials, etc. As well, each team must provide their home game times to the coordinator at the meeting.
