Rustico Conditioning Camps
2015-09-28Hello NSMHA Parents, We are happy to announce that we are offering a conditioning camp for your players again this year! Spaces are limited so please register asap. Cost will be $80.00 for all or any of the ice times, Goalies are free of charge.
Hello NSMHA Parents, We are happy to announce that we are offering a conditioning camp for your players again this year! Spaces are limited so please register asap.
Cost will be $80.00 for all or any of the ice times, Goalies are free of charge. Please register by emailing Your child's name and age group to Dean Gallant ( deangallant@bellaliant.net ). Players will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, if there are any spaces available after Saturday , October 3rd we will offer them to players from neighboring associations.

Also attached is a program being offered by Denee Gallant of Eternal Fitness . It is an off ice training session that is scheduled around the on ice portion. if interested you can register for that with Denee, her info is on the attachment.
