Oct 5th Body Contact/Checking Clinic

Body Contact/Checking clinic will be held Saturday October 5th at the Eliyahu Wellness Centre.

Classroom - 10am

Ice session - 11am

We are aware that Gulf Storm tryouts will be held this day and we will plan to have another clinic at a later date.

U13 is mandatory to have it completed by December 31. It is not needed to participate in tryouts or before the beginning of the season. By 2nd year U13 you are required to have 2 clinics completed.

U15 it is mandatory to have your 3rd clinic completed in order to participate in tryouts since there will be an exhibition game which includes checking hockey. If you are playing A level it has to be completed by December 31.

Note: Most associations only hold 1-2 clinics a season so if you miss your own associations clinic it is up to you to reach out to other associations to find another one
