Voting opens March 12th
It's an exciting time for O'Leary PEI. O’Leary was selected as one of the Top 10 communities for Kraft Hockeyville 2017 from the thousands of nominations received across the country!
The rural community of O’Leary, like many across this great country, loves the game of hockey. They are known for working together to make things happen. They are now rallying the community, the Province, the Maritimes and this country to get to the next round of Top 2 in the country, and $100,000 for their Community Rink and a possible opportunity for an exhibition NHL game. What a boost to the community this would be! But they need your help!
They need your help by not only committing to vote for when voting starts on Sunday, March 12th at 9:00AM EST and closes on Monday, March 13th at 11:59PM, but also your help in getting your friends, families and networks voting for O'Leary and voting OFTEN! Voting is open to legal residents of Canada 13 years of age and older, and you can vote as many times as you want.
They believe that small places can do big things.... with your help. Feel free to take a look at their nomination and video. We are sure you will see and recognize the community spirit! Below is the link. When voting opens on Sunday morning, "vote now" will be on the home page of this link and we are hoping from coast to coast, people will be voting for O'Leary. PEI.
