Response Re: Rink Delayed Opening

As you may have heard, the Town of Rustico confirmed this week that the opening of the new rink has been delayed until October 31st. The North Star Minor Hockey Board wants to assure our members that we are in contact with other facilities regarding ice times for the start of the 2022-23 season. After we have secured ice times and locations we will share them with our members. Securing ice will take time for us to complete, we understand that our members need this information as soon as possible and we are actively working on it and appreciate your patience. We are hopeful that the delay will only affect the first week of our season. When we have more information, we will be sure to share it with you.
