Registration information

The online registration for the 2024-25 hockey season is now open. Registration is to be completed online. In-person registration dates will be announced at a later time.
1. Click on the link. Hockey Registration
2. Select the division you are registering a player for. e.g U11-U18 or U7-U9.
3. Click the "Register now" at the top left of the screen.
4. Enter your email address and click "Login". First time users will recieve the message "This account does not exist". Click the "Sign up" link.
5. Complete fields and create a password. You will recieve an email with a verification code. Enter the code. You will then be asked to sign into your account using the password you set up.
6. After your account is set up, you can search for and link your hockey players to your account
7. After player(s) are linked to your account, you can register the player(s) in the appropriate division.
8. You will recieve an email invoice for the amount owing.
9. Make payment by etransfter, cheque or cash.
Registration is not consider to have occurred until at lease half of a player's registration fee has been paid. The remainder of all fees are to be paid by November 15th.

Payment by cash, cheque or e-transfer.  A player will not be officially registered until at least 1/2 of the registration fee has been paid.

Registration Rates:

At least half the total registration fee must be paid at registration and the remainder is to be paid by November 15th.
  • U7 (regardless of # or U7 players from family) = $310 + $20 fundraising fee = $330
  • U9 (regardless of # of U9 players from family)= $480 + $50 fundraising fee = $530
  • 1 player U11 - U18 = $480 + $100 = $580
  • 2 player U11 - U18  = $950 + $200 fundraising fee = $1150
  • 3 players U11 - U18  = $1405 + $300 fundraising fee = $1705
  • 4 players U11 - U18  = $1840 + $400 fundraising fee = $2240
Late fee of $50 per player will apply to registrations received after the final scheduled in-person registration date.

Registration Refund Policy: 

A full refund minus HPEI insurance and membership fee will be issued if a player decides to leave hockey before they have attended any icetimes. (Icetimes include any tryouts or conditioning camps). A prorated refund of registration fee (minus HPEI insurance and membership fee and fundraising fee) will be issued for players that decide to leave hockey before December 31st. Refund is prorated based on: Registration fee (minus HPEI fees & fundraising fee)/39 icetimes)  - # of ice times the Division has used =Refund Amount.  Should Hockey PEI cancel the minor hockey season on January 1st or later, a prorated refund of registration fees will be issued following the calculation previoulsy outlined.  The return of Team fees is at the discretion of the team. If a player leaves hockey during the season due to an injury (and does not/will not be returning to hockey during the same season (including Provincials)) you can request a prorated refund.
