2009-10 Manager of the Year presented by Alan MacIsaac to North Star Midget A Manager, Kent Ford.

The nominee for this award is chosen by the tournament committee (or executive) in consideration of managing or organizing tournaments (and regular season ice times) within the North Star Minor Hockey Association with their team as host, and also in consideration of ongoing communication with members of the NSMHA Executive throughout the hockey season.
